Professional profile

I love people, technology and design. Funny enough, User Experience stand in the heart of all three. By using the psychology of persuasion, memory and attention, I create digital solutions that are not only intuitive but a pleasure to use. Currently, I am working at SapientNitro in London, a place where ideas reign supreme.

Graduated from University College London, I hold an MSc in Human Computer Interaction with Ergonomics. I also hold a BSc (Hons) in Interactive Systems Design from the Manchester Business School.

I am responsible for the navigation, organization, interaction design, and business/user process engineering for leading-edge Web solutions and software. I apply user-centered design methods to translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into world-class business solutions. A big factor in creating seamless user experiences is collaboration. At Sapient, I work closely with creative directors, art directors, graphic designers and developers to create engaging, effective and innovative solutions.

Ampleforth College

Ampleforth College in North Yorkshire, England, is the largest Roman Catholic co-educational boarding independent school in the United Kingdom. It opened in 1802 and is run by the Benedictine monks and lay staff of Ampleforth Abbey.

Rico is a shiny happy person - not Book of Mormon happy - and not overly amiable happy - just enough that everyone feels good around him - but not too much so that you think he's got no opinions and he isn't going to challenge you. What I appreciated most about working with Rico - there were 2 things. One was that he came to me when he finished his work. Never underestimate the importance of this to a Project Manager. All day long I chase people - but never with Rico - when he was finished something he would let you know. Two was that Rico was the same professional I knew weeks before Christmas and days before Christmas.
